Individual Sessions
Our individual coaching sessions are tailored to focus on the personal development of each player. In these one-on-one sessions, we work closely with athletes to identify their strengths and areas for improvement , providing customized drills and feedback to help them reach their full potential.

Group Session
Our Spring sessions will be divided into two phases, with a physical training by the certified fitness coach Katya and a volleyball session with the coach Iuliia. These sessions are structured to improve your body muscle tone and to elevate your volleyball skills. The sessions are two hours long and contain numerous exercises with focus on different game plays.
